Creative Workshops That Help Teams & Groups Navigate Change, Think Clearly, and Connect
I design and facilitate zine-based workshops that help teams/groups slow down, process complexity, and engage with change in a more thoughtful and human way.
My work centers around creativity, reflection, and organisational life, using simple, analog tools to help people make sense of what’s shifting, what matters, and how they move forward together
Who This Is For
- Organisations navigating change or transition
- Teams experiencing gorwth, restructuring, or uncertainty
- Leadership teams who want more reflective, engageed staff
- Comopanies investing in wellbeing, culture, and communication
Signature Corporate Workshop
Making Sense of change: A Zine Workshop; for Teams
A Structure, facilitated session designed for organisations moving through periods of change.
Instead of another presentation or top-down messaging session, this workshop gives participants space to process, reflect, and articulate their experience of change, individually and collectively.
What this Workshop Does
Participants work through a guided zine-making process that helps them:
- Refelct on what’s changing and how it’s impacting htem
- Surface concerns, questions, and unspoken thoughts
- Clarify what they need moving forward
- Reconnect with their role, team, and shared direction
How It Works
This isn’t an arts-and-crafts session. It’s a structured experience.
You guide participants through:
- Carfully designed prompts
- Short reflective exercises
- Simple zine construction (no experience needed)
- Optional sharing and discussion
Each participant leaves with a completed zine, a personal and practical artifact of their thinking.
Why It Works (and Why Organisations Book It)
Most organisations handle change through:
- presentations
- strategy decks
- top-down communcation
But change isn’t just logistical. It’s emotional and cognitive.
This workshop:
- creates space for reflection (which is often missing)
- increases clarify and engagement
- helps people feel seen and included in the process
- supports healthier team communication
