Tangible touchpoints for communities, memberships, and client experiences.

Custom zine greeting cards designed to help people feel welcomed, appreciated, and connected.

Created for communities, memberships, retreats, and orgs who understand that thoughtful experiences are built through small details people carry with them afterward.

Most digital experiences are lacking a tangible side

Messages disappear into feeds.
Welcome emails are forgotten.
Even meaningful communities and projects can begin to feel temporary and fleeting when there is nothing tangible anchoring the experience. A physical object changes that.

Receiving something designed specifically for a moment creates emotional weight, memory, and a deeper sense of connection.

Zine greeting cards can be used as:

  • welcome pieces for new members
  • onboarding gifts for coaching clients
  • birthday or milestone cards
  • cohort keepsakes
  • retreat attendance appreciation
  • seasonal community drops

Each one is designed to feel thoughtful and emotionally aligned with the space it belongs to.
Designed for thoughtful personalisation at scale. These cards are created in structured batches. This allows each card to feel intentional while remaining cohesive, scalable, and sustainable for ongoing use. The cards may include:

  • personalised names
  • bespoke messages
  • cohort themes
  • reflective prompts
  • community-specific language

How It Works

A simple, collaborative process

Every project begins with a conversation about the experience you want to create. After the conversation, I’ll send you a project proposal with pricing, details and a secure payment link. Once agreed upon and paid, I’ll email you a short creative questionnaire where you can share details about your audience, tone, visual preferences, messaging, and how you would like the pieces to function within the wider experience.

I design your zine greeting cards

I create your zine greeting cards based on your specific project and intention, as discussed in our conversation and the project proposal.

Draft version

You’ll receive a digital draft version of your zine before it is finalized and sent.

Shipping & Delivery

I’m based in London, UK. I ship domestically and internationally and include shipping costs in the total project cost.

Timeline

The average custom zine greeting card batch takes about 2 weeks to create from the day of ordering to shipping, but this time estimate varies based on several factors, such as the time it takes for you to provide essential project information, along with my workload, etc.)

Cost

Because each project is shaped by its unique experience, pricing varies with scale, personalisation, production needs, and quantity.
Smaller batches typically begin at £250.

Most enquiries begin with a simple conversation about the experience you want to create, the number of recipients involved, and how you would like the pieces to function within the wider journey.
